What is browser cache? |
Browser Cache is essentially data from your website stored in the browser memory which is used when site is reloaded. |

Chrome Desktop

- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More.
- Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.

- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
- At the top right, tap More.
- Tap History > Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Tap Clear data.

- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Select Settings and more (the icon that looks like three dots).
- Select Settings.
- In the Settings sidebar, select Privacy and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.

- Launch Microsoft Edge on Android.
- Tap on horizontal 3 dots icon for options menu.
- Select the Settings menu from the list.
- Under the settings menu, scroll down halfway and tap on the Privacy and Security tab.
- Now scroll down to the extreme bottom and select the Clear browsing data option.
- Enable the checkbox for Browser history.
- Tap on the Clear command button at the bottom to delete the History.

Firefox Desktop

- Tap the menu icon located at the top right corner.
- Tap Settings.
- After that, you will be taken to the settings screen.
- You will then be taken to a list of what can be cleared.
- After those have been selected, tap the Clear data button to actually clear the cache and cookies.

Firefox Mobile

- On Android, tap the three-dot menu button at the upper-right corner of the Firefox app, then tap Settings. On iOS, tap the three-lined hamburger menu in the lower-right corner, then tap Settings.
- Select Clear private data on Android, or Data Management on iOS.
- Select Cache and any other items you want to clear.
- Choose Clear Data on Android. For iOS, select Clear Private Data, and then OK.

Opera Desktop

- In the title bar of the browser window click on the "Opera" or on the "Menu" button.
- In the following menu 'Settings' chose the item 'Data and Security'.
- Below the Headline ‘Privacy’ you'll find the button ‘Delete Browser data’.
- After clicking that button a new window opens.
- Select the time period 'since Installation' to delete the whole browser cache.
- Enable the checkbox next to ‘Images and Files in Cache’.
- Confirm your settings with the Button ‘Delete Browser data’.
- Reload the website.

Safari MacIntosh

- It is a bit tricky in Safari. First, you will need to enable ‘Develop’ Menu in Menu Bar. If you have enabled Develop Menu, skip to Step 3.
- Go to Safari > Preferences in Menu Bar.
- Open the ‘Advanced’ Tab and enable the ‘Enable Develop Menu in Menu Bar’ option.
- Go to ‘Develop’ menu in the menu bar.
- Select the ‘Empty Cache’ option.

- Launch the Settings app from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.
- Scroll down and tap on ‘Safari’.
- Now scroll all the way to the bottom and tap on ‘Advanced’.
- Tap on ‘Website Data’
- Scroll to the bottom again and tap on ‘Remove All Website Data’.
- Confirm one more time you'd like to delete all data.
