Pay-Per-Result pricing simplifies assessment purchases and aligns the way clients buy with the value they receive. Under this pricing scheme, testing a candidate in a single sitting costs one "Result Credit" no matter what test is used or how many tests are grouped into the sitting through a test battery. Remote proctoring and both live and recorded video interviewing are included. There is nothing else to purchase.
Additionally, Result Credits are only charged when a test or test battery is completed. That way, customers only pay for results.
Customers can purchase bundles of Result Credits online. There are several levels of volume discounts. More information can be found here.
The company also continues to offer unlimited subscriptions, as well as special pricing for recruitment or staffing companies, educational institutions, nonprofits, and large organizations with special requirements. Qualifying organizations should contact HR Avatar for a customized quotation.
Existing customers using the now-legacy credit pricing system may continue to utilize that system or they may convert to Pay-Per-Result pricing by purchasing a bundle of Result Credits. Any unused legacy credits are automatically converted to Result Credits. New customers will use the Pay-Per-Result system.
