Aldie, VA, June 15, 2021—HR Avatar announced today that its ADP Workforce Now integration is now active. This means that ADP Workforce Now users can authorize tests and see test results from within the ADP Workforce Now application.

The primary benefit of the integration is convenience for recruiters. Most organizations employ pre-employment assessments in their hiring processes to identify top candidates and screen out potential bad hires. By having the assessment capability integrated into their applicant tracking system, recruiters can obtain assessment results on candidates without the hassle of learning another system.

The integration is available to all ADP Workforce Now users via the ADP Marketplace at https://apps.adp.com. The only pre-requisite is to have the Workforce Now Talent Module enabled.
