After more than 10 years using our current look and feel we are excited to share an upgrade!

You will notice our new logo, slightly different colors, and different menu options when you are not signed in. Don't worry though. All the functionality of the website is exactly the same, and the menus stay the same as before once you are signed in. If you have any difficulties whatsoever, please contact us and let us know so we can get it all sorted out.

Wondering why we chose a light bulb and the tagline Illuminating Talent? You have to admit, the two go together quite well. Exposing a candidate or employee's strengths and weaknesses is our primary focus. However, we are also determined to allow every candidate (or employee) to be seen in his or her best light.

There are a lot of pieces and parts to changing our logo and updating our website. Please bear with us as we complete the transition during the next few weeks. And let us know what you think!
