HR Avatar has expanded its line of job-specific animated simulations by
adding new cognitive work simulation modules in important, high-volume job
contexts. The new assessments include:
- Bank Teller
- Medical Assistant
- Collections
- Warehouse Worker
These simulations provide a realistic ‘day-in-the-life’
experience for candidates applying for jobs in any of these roles.
Initially the 200+ HR Avatar job-specific simulation-based
assessments were constructed so that each test utilized one of 15 different
simulation contexts, each of which was mostly generic to a specific job
category or type. Then, starting with the Bank Teller simulation module, a
series of context-specific modules was placed under development. Each of these
modules focus on a specific job role to give a more realistic view of what a
job is like to the test taker. The closer the simulation comes to the actual
job a candidate is applying for, the stronger the impression made on the candidate.
In the ultra-competitive war for talent, impressions count, since they can make
the difference between a candidate choosing one company over another. An added
plus is that context-specific assessment modules provide a realistic job
preview to candidates, which helps them make a more informed decision regarding
whether a specific job is for them.
In addition to the modules above, HR Avatar currently has the

- Transportation Worker /Driver
- Construction Worker
- Retail Sales – Sunglass Store
- Retail Sales – Big Box Electronics Store
