Designed as a powerful but fast screening tool, the Virtual Video Screen (General) delivers critical information you need to quickly determine whether to focus more closely on a candidate. The candidate is asked to answer a series of carefully selected interview questions in video format.
The videos are stored for later viewing and they are analyzed by artificial intelligence software in various ways. When you view the results, you can watch the videos, read a transcript, evaluate the numerical analysis of the recorded text. Additionally, the you'll be able to review the "vibes" that the candidate's voice gives off, such as "Arrogant" or "Supportive."
