The Drafting Customer Service Email Responses skills test is a fast, easy way to evaluate a candidate's ability to quickly draft friendly, concise, and accurate email messages for your customers or co-workers. Each candidate is exposed to several situations and then asked to draft a short email response. The written responses are included in the score reports and also scored for spelling, grammar, and style.

This full version contains four exercises. Additionally, each scenario is written to convey a customer service context.
